LESSON RESERVATION

1. It is “provisional reservation” that you apply on this form. After applying for provisional reservation, we will give further detailed information by e-mail. Please be assured we can also cancel after guidance.
2. If you wish to apply for more than one course, sorry to trouble you, but please process each application.
3. Please note that we may refuse the reservation if the instructor has prior appreciation.

Please be sure to read the following confirmation items and apply after consent.

• Please participate by skiing suitable clothes.
• If you have allergies, illnesses, diseases, physical and mental disabilities, please consult before applying. When there is no consultation beforehand, when judging that the staff in charge is difficult to carry out, we may refuse participation.
• All lessons may be canceled or changed due to weather or other reasons.
• Please understand that we will not refund lesson fee as a rule in case we are canceled or interrupted unavoidably due to bad weather etc.
• Pictures taken during participation may be used for brochures etc. in the future. If you do not wish to use, please tell us.
• Although we pay sufficient attention to safety, we have not taken excessive safety measures to counter the purpose of the lesson.
