  1. \nAfter receiving your request, we will check the instructor\u2019s availability and contact you by email with further information.\n<\/li>\n
  2. \nYour reservation will be confirmed after the lesson details have been agreed upon.\n<\/li>\n
  3. \nIf you would like to book more than one type of lesson or lessons on different dates,
    \nplease submit a separate form for each request.\n<\/li>\n
  4. \nWe may be unable to accept your request if an instructor is not available on your preferred date.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Important Information<\/h2>\n

    \nPlease read and agree to the following information before submitting your reservation request.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

    • \nPlease wear suitable ski or snowboard clothing and bring the equipment required for your lesson.\n<\/li>\n
    • \nIf a participant has an allergy, illness, injury, disability or other condition that may require additional support,
      \nplease contact us before making a reservation. This information helps us determine whether suitable and safe support can be arranged.\n<\/li>\n
    • \nDepending on the participant\u2019s condition or the support required,
      \nwe may need to discuss the lesson arrangements in advance or may be unable to provide the requested lesson.\n<\/li>\n
    • \nLessons may be changed, postponed or cancelled due to weather, snow conditions,
      \nski resort operations, instructor availability or other unavoidable circumstances.\n<\/li>\n
    • \nIf a lesson must be stopped or cancelled because of weather or other circumstances beyond our control,
      \nrefunds may not be available after the lesson has started.
      \nDetails will be explained when your reservation is confirmed.\n<\/li>\n
    • \nPhotographs taken during lessons may be used on our website, social media or promotional materials.
      \nPlease inform us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or do not give permission for photographs to be used.\n<\/li>\n
    • \nWe take reasonable precautions to provide safe lessons.
      \nHowever, skiing and snowboarding involve risks such as falls, collisions,
      \nchanging snow conditions and the actions of other slope users.
      \nPlease participate only after considering your health, physical condition and skiing or snowboarding ability.\n<\/li>\n
    • \nOur ski school carries insurance for accidents and injuries that may occur during lessons.
      \nHowever, injury to another person or damage to another person\u2019s property may not be covered.
      \nWe recommend that participants have personal liability insurance and appropriate travel or accident insurance.\n<\/li>\n
    • \nFor backcountry guiding, participants must follow the guide\u2019s instructions.
      \nThe route, destination or tour may be changed or cancelled depending on weather,
      \nsnowpack, avalanche conditions and other safety considerations.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
